After confirming your commission order, you will pay 50% upfront. After I have finished your commission, I will send you a heavily watermarked version of the final product, and then you will pay the remainder of the price.Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after you have paid your upfront fee and I've started working on your art, you are not entitled to pay the remainder of the commission price. However, what you have already paid will not be refunded.In the rare event that I need to cancel your order for a personal/medical reason, you will be given a full refund.Additional Fees
Additional character: +75% base price
Complex background: +25% base price
Very complex character design: +25% base price
Rush fee (guaranteed completion within one week): +$10

Work Process.

Duration
Expect me to take no more than three weeks on your commission. However, I am chronically ill and employed, so the amount of free time I have can fluctuate. If you have not been given the final product within one month of ordering, you are entitled to a 25% discount on your remaining payment due.Updates
I enjoy giving updates on my progress! If I go too long without giving you an update, please don't hesitate to message me as long as you're polite.

Rights.

Ownership
I have full ownership of my own art, and I can revoke your rights to it at any time if I no longer want my work to be associated with you. This means you are required to cease all use of it everywhere. Buyers may request that I refrain from posting the commissioned piece on my social media or this commission website, otherwise I assume the right to.Usage
As of right now, I only allow my work to be used for personal use. This means you may not profit off of my work in any way, unless we make an agreement beforehand for something such as a YouTube thumbnail for a monetized video. My work may not be used to spread harmful rhetoric including, but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or nazi ideology.Editing
Please don't directly draw over or recolor my art. If you want something changed, tell me. You may apply filters. If you crop out my signature, please make sure to credit me somewhere else (unless we've discussed different terms beforehand).AI
DO NOT feed my artwork to AI or use AI to edit my work. Any use of my work resulting in the involvement of generative AI will result in you being permanently blacklisted. No exceptions.
